In 1997, the 43rd Batt. 4th Division 2nd Airborne encountered heavy resistance in and around the lo-round-dung basin, leading to massive retaliation and catapulting a multi-years long conflict that would eventually involve over 34 countries and 7 branches of our armed forces. This would ultimately settle into to a quagmire with no side able to fully break the stalemate.  Despite the cries of the rabbits to adopt a "Lettuce Alone" foreign policy, the carrot talks at Geneva have thus far proved unsuccessful at obtaining any sort of a diplomatic solution.
